For Authors

The Journal of Physiology and Biology Sciences invites high-quality manuscript submissions across all areas of biology and biological sciences. Manuscripts are accepted under the following categories:

Research Paper
Manuscripts should be structured as follows:

Abstract
Introduction
Materials and Methods
Results
Discussion
Acknowledgements
Conflict of Interest
References
Authors are encouraged to present their findings concisely; however, there is currently no length limit for research papers.

Short Research Communication
This category is for concise studies or preliminary innovative research findings that may be less comprehensive than full research papers. Manuscripts are limited to 2,500 words and must include an abstract. The Results and Discussion sections should be combined, followed by a Conclusion, while the Materials and Methods section remains separate. The reference count is limited to 30, and no more than 4 figures or tables may be included.

Letter to the Editor
Novel findings that do not warrant a full research paper or short research communication can be submitted as a Letter to the Editor. These submissions are limited to 1,500 words, do not require an abstract, and may include one figure or table and a maximum of 15 references.

Commentary
Commentary articles are intended for discussing controversial or interdisciplinary topics and viewpoints of interest. These submissions are limited to 1,000 words, including references, with a maximum of 10 references and one figure or table.

Review or Mini-Review
Review articles should be authoritative and of high interest, ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 words (excluding references and figure legends). Each review must include at least two figures or illustrations. We particularly welcome high-quality reviews from leading researchers in their respective fields.

Reviewer Suggestions
When suggesting potential reviewers, please include their names, academic ranks, affiliations, email addresses, and website links. Suggested reviewers must be credible and free from any potential conflicts of interest. The editors will make the final decision regarding the use of suggested reviewers, ensuring that at least 30% are from different countries.
